All About Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for a temporary Customer Services Sales Administrator to start in January and work in a friendly and vibrant office. This is an ongoing temp assignment and NOT suitable for candidates in permanent roles or those that require notice to be worked.
Salary: £UP TO £16 per hour, 37.5 hour working week
Location: Northampton, NN2
To Start: ASAP, subject to informal interview. Temp ongoing for unknown and non-guaranteed duration
Hours of work: Core hours Monday - Friday, 37.5 working week, some flexibility required

The Role: Think more of sales admin and account management duties and nurturing accounts to check customers are happy and retain business than cold calling. Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Looking after a portfolio of clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Calling customers to check they are happy with services and upselling new products
- Handling inbound calls and correspondence pertaining to new business, providing quotes and checking product availability
- Complete quotations over the phone by actively listening
- Allocating stock to orders and liaising with distribution team
- Ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of customer orders
- Maintaining your administrative tasks and email inbox
- Some outbound phoning to check customer satisfaction
- Complaint handling and managing expectations
- Customer services and ensuring excellence in every call
