Hours of work: Core hours 40 hours a week Monday to Friday, office hours, 08.30 to 17.30

The Role: The successful candidate will assist with providing IT support via telephone and online chat. Some field-based work may occasionally be required. Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Supporting IT issues and software and hardware faults
- Resolving basic issues over the phone and via remote desktop access
- Resetting passwords and completing software updates
- Ordering replacement hardware and accompanying engineers to help with installations
- Responding to email and telephone enquiries
- Admin support to the department
Essential skills and experience:
- Previous helpdesk experience and good technical and IT related skills
- Happy to assist with telephone calls and site visits
