All About Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for a Full Time Temporary Customer Services Administrator to work in a vibrant, friendly and busy office.

Salary: £12.21

Location: Northampton, NN4, parking available

To Start: ASAP, subject to an informal meeting with the client

Duration: Temporary, possibly Temp to Perm without legal obligation

Hours of work: Core hours Monday - Friday, 08.30 - 17.00, 37.5 hours a week

Our Client: Our prestigious independent client has over thirty years industry experience and is recognised as a market leading firm providing business services to a public and private sector client base.

The Role: Applicants will need to evidence experience working in a busy varied customer services environment with some understanding of general administrative tasks. Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Inbound and outbound telephone liaison to handle enquiries
  • Data entry and responding to emails, training provided
  • Handling complaints and resolving (full training provided)
  • Taking payments over the telephone
  • Scanning, checking and inputting paperwork into a database
  • Responding to emails and correspondence

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent customer services skills and a clear telephone manner
  • Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems
