Salary:Excellent£24 – £28K plus FAB bonus potential
Location: Northampton
To Start: ASAP, subject to interview/s and referencing
Hours of work: Core hours Monday Friday,09.00 17.30, 37.5 hour working week
Every fourth week you will be asked to work Saturday 09.00 – 1300

The Role: Think more of account management duties and nurturing accounts to check customers are happy and retain business than cold calling.
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Looking after a portfolio of clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Calling customers to check they are happy with services and upselling new products
Handling inbound calls and correspondence pertaining to new business and retentions
Cross selling opportunities and passing leads to relevant teams
Reacting to email lead and online enquiries to try and convert sales
Handle objections to retain clients looking to change or cancel services
Complete quotations over the phone by actively listening
Responding to emails and online enquiries and managing your own ring backs
Maintaining your administrative tasks
Customer services and ensuring excellence in every call
