All About Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Temporary Counterbalance Driver to assist within a busy small warehouse. YOU MUST HAVE A VALID COUNTERBALANCE LICENCE AND BE ABLE TO DO THE SHIFT WORK.
Lovely company with a real family feel:
- Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00 week one
- 14:00-22:00 week two
- 22:00-06:00 week three
OVERTIME MAY BE AVAILABLE.
Salary: £15.25 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Temporary and Temporary to Permanent
Location: NN3
Specific Accountabilities:
- Working with, and operating, the counterbalance FLT and related manual handling equipment.
- Complying with Company Health and Safety rules and procedures to ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe manner.
- Assisting with goods in and goods out.
- Stock control and stock admin tasks.
- Team spokesperson for work colleagues.
- Maintaining plant and equipment in good order and reporting any defects for corrective action.
- Looking at process improvements to operate more efficiently to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Personal Profile:
- A current counterbalance licence.
- Able to work independently as necessary, and to prioritise tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal with a good command of the English language.
- Attention to detail - accurate and methodical in work and will see the job through.
