The Role:
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Using a Case Management System.
- Providing full support to Conveyancing Solicitors to enable them to operate efficiently.
- Telephone and email liaison with clients, solicitors and other third parties.
- Ensuring that all inbound and outbound correspondence, telephone calls, faxes and emails are actioned to agreed service standards and a highly professional level.
- Requesting Searches, AML (Anti Money Laundering) Checks and final Searches.
- Submitting contracts to proposed purchasers.
- Chasing exchange and exchanging contracts when required.
- Maintaining all Case Management data through to completion of the matter.
- Assist the Fee Earner with their inbox during their non-working days.
- Adhere to agreed practice and procedures in relation to compliance and quality standards.
