All About Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for a CNC Setter/ Operator to assist within a busy, friendly engineering firm.

Applications are invited from candidates with experience in, or working as:

CNC Operator / CNC Setter / CNC Miller / CNC Assistant / Fanuc Operator / CAM programmer

PLEASE NOTE THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT MUST HAVE CNC EXPERIENCE.

Hourly Rate: £13.00 – £17.00 per hour, 40 hours a week.

Start Date: Starting ASAP, subject to interview and reference checks.

Duration: Permanent job.

Location: Northampton.

Hours of work: Core hours Monday – Friday and an early finish on Friday.

Our Client: Our well-established and friendly engineering company supports a very niche and profitable engineering sector.

Key Duties:

  • Set and operate CNC machines.
  • Select tooling components and advise the team on processes.
  • Read and interpret technical information.
  • Inspect parts using micrometers and verniers.
  • Undertake visual inspections and quality control.

Skills and Background:

  • CNC operation and setting experience.
  • Inspection experience.
  • A positive \”can do\” attitude.
