The Role: Applicants will need to offer experience of working in a telephone sales related role.

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Assisting with developing and retaining sales opportunities

Handling inbound calls and correspondence pertaining to new business and retentions

Promoting the portfolio of products and services

Cross selling opportunities and passing leads to relevant teams.

Reacting to email lead and online enquiries to try and convert sales.

Handle objections to retain clients looking to change or cancel services.

Complete quotations over the phone by actively listening.

Responding to emails and online enquiries and managing your own ring backs

Maintaining your administrative tasks

Customer services and ensuring excellence in every call.
