All About Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Full Time Temporary Logistics / Finance Administrator to assist within a busy logistics operation, starting asap.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A LONG TERM TEMPORARY JOB AND WILL NOT BE SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE IN PERMANENT WORK OR PEOPLE WITH LIMITED AVAILABILITY.

Salary: £13.50 P/H

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Ongoing temporary with no legal obligation, but long term may be an option for the right candidate.

Location: NN8

Hours of work: Core hours Monday - Friday, 09.00 - 17:30, on hour lunch so 37.5 hours a week.

Our Client: Our well established and global logistics leader needs some more help to accurately process and organise logistics and accounts biased paperwork pertaining to deliveries and stock movements.

The Role: The successful candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks, telephone answering together with offering flexibility to occasionally provide admin support to the small warehouse team.

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Checking and printing order/ delivery paperwork and filing accordingly
  • Checking invoices match order dockets
  • Data entry and spreadsheet admin
  • Checking invoices and processing for payments and basic reconciliation
  • Basic stock control and allocating stock to orders
  • Reception support and point of contact for site visitors
  • Maintaining and managing all related administrative tasks and duties
  • General team support to the admin and management team

Essential skills and experience:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Previous experience working in a busy office environment
  • Ability to use database systems - training given
