All About Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for a Qualified MET Technicians to work in a vibrant Car Body Shop.

Salary: Circa £55,000 DOE

Location: Northampton

To Start: ASAP, subject to an informal meeting with the client

Duration: Temporary, possibly Temp to Perm without legal obligation

Hours of work: Core hours Monday - Friday, 42.5 a week

Our Client: Our prestigious client is a motor industry leader and a highly regarded employer in the town - a great place to work.

Duties to include:

  • To be able to repair, strip fit, damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition in accordance with approved Repair Methodology and Manufacturers standards.
  • To carry out such work in a safe and economical manner.
  • To observe, recognise and report on vehicle additional body damage to estimator.
  • Safe shut down/recommission of electric and hybrid vehicles.
  • Use of body shop management system to clock on and off jobs and quality checks.
  • To keep work area clean and tidy and free from hazards.
  • Adherence to all Health and Safety policies.

Requirements:

  • Ideally NVQ Level 3 qualified or equivalent.
  • ATA accreditation would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Full driving license is required.
  • To have experience in the body repair of motor vehicles.
  • Level 3 Electric/Hybrid would be an advantage.
