All About Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for a Full Time Permanent Call Centre Customer Services Team Leader to work in a vibrant, friendly, and busy office. Applications are invited from candidates with experience in, related to or as:

You will be managing a small team of agents and therefore experience within any of the fields of Team Leading, Training, Management, Development, Mentoring, Appraising, or Assessing is essential.
Salary: £28 - £35,000 DOE
Location: Northampton, NN5
To Start: ASAP, subject to interview/s and referencing
Hours of work: Core hours Monday - Friday, office hours
