All About Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for a Full Time Permanent Call Centre Customer Services Team Leader to work in a vibrant, friendly, and busy office. Applications are invited from candidates with experience in, related to or as: Sales Manager / Telesales Manager / Team Leader / Customer Services Manager / Retentions / Call Centre Operations / Inbound and Outbound Call Handling / Telesales.
You will be managing a small team of agents and therefore experience within any of the fields of Team Leading / Training / Management / Development / Mentoring / Appraising / Assessing is essential.
Salary: £28 - £35,000 DOE
Location: Northampton, NN5
To Start: ASAP, subject to interview/s and referencing
Hours of work: Core hours Monday to Friday, office hours
Benefits: 25 days annual leave which increases yearly, Your birthday off, Funded training.
