Our training contract gives you the opportunity to grow your legal knowledge and business development experience. We work with clients from the Clean Energy, Digital, Financial Services, Leisure, Food & Drink, Public Sector, Real Estate and Retail & Consumer Goods sectors. You will work in four different parts of our firm for six months each. This four-seat rotation process, including a contentious seat, gives you a fantastic opportunity to really experience the way we work and helps you to become an informed business advisor. Your supervisor will work with you to boost your technical legal knowledge and sharpen your commercial instincts. Alongside your in-seat training, our Trainee Development Workshops will help you develop the right mindset for success as well as the focus and resilience you need for a career in law.
Eligibility, minimum requirements and sponsorship
- Penultimate year/final year law student/law graduate; or
- Graduate from any non-law discipline enrolled in/completed PGDL; or
- SQE 1 and/or 2 complete*
- 2:1 degree (obtained or predicted)
- Candidates with LPC completed are also encouraged to apply, please list this under postgraduate qualifications on your application form
- If candidates have successfully completed the SQE then the PGDL is not a requirement.
