All3 is an AI and robotics company redefining construction. By uniting AI-powered design, robotic fabrication, and autonomous on-site assembly, we make it possible to deliver custom, sustainable buildings at the cost and speed of mass production. Our fully integrated system solves the long-standing productivity challenges in construction and helps address Europe’s urgent housing shortage.
Our technology ranges from real-time generative architecture software to autonomous embodied AI builder robots – enabling buildings to be produced with 90% automation and assembled 50% faster than conventional construction.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced journalist, editor, or long‑form content strategist who can produce original thought leadership and high‑quality editorial content that explains what All3 is building and why it matters. This is not a traditional marketing role. You will operate as the editorial intelligence function inside All3: discovering ideas from across the organisation, shaping our narrative, and producing articles, explainers, interviews, analysis pieces, and multimedia scripts that make complex technology easy to understand.
What You Will Do
- Lead All3’s thought leadership and editorial strategy: develop big ideas, frameworks, and narratives around construction productivity, automation, urban development, manufacturing, AI/robotics, and sustainability; propose story angles that educate, provoke, and shift industry thinking.
- Produce high‑quality, publisher‑grade content: write long‑form articles, deep‑dive explainers, technical narratives, and editorial series; create scripts for animations and documentary‑style content; translate complex engineering concepts into clear, accessible language without hype.
- Work cross‑functionally to uncover stories: interview All3’s engineers, designers, and robotics teams to extract insights; observe the development of our factories, software, and Mantis robots to identify compelling editorial angles.
- Strengthen All3’s credibility with key audiences: tech & engineering talent – mission, innovation challenges, impact; support PR, media relations, and keynote content when required.
- Maintain All3’s tone of voice: follow our brand tone principles: clear, realistic, explanatory not promotional, evidence‑based, authoritative but not arrogant, inclusive, and visually expressive where needed.
What We Require
- Minimum 6+ years in journalism, editorial strategy, or long‑form content roles;
- Proven ability to explain complex technology or systems thinking;
- A portfolio demonstrating depth, clarity, conceptual strength, and narrative structure;
- Ability to generate original insight, challenge assumptions, and develop ideas independently;
- Confidence interviewing technical experts and extracting useful knowledge;
- Strong understanding of how AI, robotics, or industrial automation is shaping the future of work and productivity.
Would be a plus
- Knowledge of architecture, construction, sustainability, or engineering;
- Experience in innovation journalism, science writing, or economic analysis;
- Experience working in fast‑moving startup environments.
What We Offer
- The opportunity to shape the public narrative of one of Europe’s most ambitious robotics and AI companies;
- Close collaboration with founders and top engineering teams;
- A mission‑driven environment focused on solving one of society’s most critical challenges: affordable, sustainable housing;
- Competitive salary and benefits.
