With the launch of our ad-supported model in 2022, we are working towards providing more choice for consumers and a premium brand experience for advertisers. We are now seeking a Senior Sales Partner to help deliver the UK Advertising sales strategy. Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with 283 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages.

The role will involve working with our largest global advertisers, developing relationships with senior stakeholders within media agencies and brands to drive sales, and working closely with an Account Manager and internal cross-functional partners to deliver a consistently high level of customer service. You will be accountable for delivering revenue against quarterly targets by leveraging Netflix's audience insights, ad formats and premium content offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Measurement, Brand Partnerships and Ads Marketing alongside the trading lead to meet and exceed our clients’ needs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem in the UK and a track record of delivering revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with media leads at brands and senior stakeholders at agency operating companies.
  • Deliver against revenue targets and exceed client expectations, aligning with global and regional joint business plans.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and Netflix Sales teams in other markets to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns, including where relevant validation with measurement studies.
  • Demonstrate a creative and solutions-focused approach, responding effectively to briefs and proactively identifying opportunities to expand relationship networks and achieve or exceed targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity and identify opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in advertising with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the media agency landscape in the UK.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM tools).
  • Effective communication and organization skills, including the ability to present to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functions and markets.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a growing business with evolving priorities, including managing risk, uncertainty and ambiguity.
