THE ROLE
As the MarketingManager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering film marketingacross B2B and B2C, helping projects and the brand stand out across the globalindustry.
Key responsibilities:
- Developmarketing campaigns and materials for feature films, working in closecollaboration with distribution partners
- Helpshape campaign positioning ahead of distribution handover, ensuringclarity of audience and sales messaging
- Overseethe creation of trailers, posters, key art, AV and digital assets,managing creative agencies, trailer houses and PR partners
- Ownbudgets and manage negotiations across creative and promotional partners
- Leadcorporate and trade marketing activity across major film markets andfestivals including Cannes, EFM, AFM and TIFF
- Createhigh-impact sales materials such as pitch decks, sizzle reels, promos andkey art to support sales and acquisitions
- Helpshape and maintain a consistent, premium brand presence across trade,markets, website, newsletters and social channels
- Manageplanning and logistics for screenings, mail-outs and sales coordination
- Collaborateclosely with sales, acquisitions, production and finance teams to ensuremarketing activity supports business objectives
- Runa monthly internal film club to support culture, collaboration and sharedcreative inspiration.
THE PERSON
You should have solidexperience in film marketing at a distributor, sales agent, production companyor specialised agency. Experience delivering both trade and consumer-facingfilm campaigns across festivals, markets, trailers, artwork, digital and socialis key.
To be successful inthis role, it is important to understand how films are positioned for bothbuyers and audiences and bring strong industry relationships to support this.
Familiarity withInDesign or Canva is a plus, alongside a passion for film and storytelling.
