The Role
As Director of Finance, you will work alongside the senior leadership team, providing strategic financial leadership to support the creative and operational needs of the business.
- Contribute to long‑term planning, helping shape financial strategy and sustainable growth.
- Support the development and review of financial models and performance frameworks across projects and business activities.
- Assess and support a range of financing and funding approaches aligned with business needs.
- Oversee financial operations across ongoing projects, ensuring effective cost management, tracking and reporting.
- Lead and develop finance teams, promoting strong financial discipline and collaboration.
