You will be responsible for proactively managing and driving specific markets, categories and operational efficiencies within the agent hub. The role will involve managing business across agent-based markets with responsibilities aligned to strategic pillars and budget targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver to commercial and strategic objectives set by Director, EMEA Agents.
  • Maintain a day‑to‑day relationship with external Agent teams, to deliver growth across key categories and retail accounts aligned to strategic goals to meet budget targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the internal UP&E teams (Legal, Finance, Category, Retail, Franchise) to ensure clear communications to Agents and information flow on key deliverables are maintained.
  • Ensure incoming deal memos meet dealmaker guidelines to deliver business growth aligned to Category strategy and track critical path to Fully Executed contract status complying to Company timelines and procedures.
  • Take ownership of the quarterly forecast cycle in appointed markets to ensure Agents obtain licensee forecast projections within deadlines and with accuracy.
  • Work with Agent teams to deliver compelling cross‑category Retail campaigns to build 365 consumer engagement – managing process and implementation within allocated budgets.
  • Responsibility for Retail Promotion and Marketing Approvals for Agent Markets; liaising with relevant stakeholders in EMEA and US; and tracking projects to deadlines.
  • Be a brand guardian for all retail marketing submissions and approvals.
  • Work inter‑divisionally to maximize “Symphony” marketing synergies to enhance cross category launches and sell‑through at key accounts.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, Master Toy, Agent Teams (Category and Retail) to deliver accurate records and reports on launch collections and retail placement.
  • Co‑ordinate business review presentations to cover key seasonal & consumer moments and maintain retail calendars for Agent markets.
  • Collaborating with relevant teams to compile latest franchise data for Licensee and Retail pitch presentations and Key Partner Meetings.
  • Management of own schedule; arranging conference calls to fit weekly business cadence and commercial deadlines. Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and tracking documents liaising internally and externally where required.
  • Assist to collate information and insight across agents’ hubs.

Administration

  • Stakeholder management, monitoring the status of all activities to provide weekly report updates.
  • Maintaining databases, spreadsheets/tracking documents and the distribution of licensee lists, brand presentations and other sales materials.
  • Manage Expenses in timely manner.
  • Overseeing and taking responsibility for tracking deals to fully executed status and invoice payment.
  • Creating and setting up new vendor accounts, raising purchase orders (using SAP) and coding invoices for payment, following through as required to ensure timely payment and quarterly tracking and pacing of direct costs.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrable business management experience within cross cultural set up.
  • Proven track record managing a wide variety of commercial partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage parallel workstreams and multiple workflows, often to tight moving deadlines.
  • Confident communicator with ability to liaise with multiple departments and stakeholders (some at senior level) internally and with external international partners.
  • Excellent administration skills and ability to balance and prioritise workload across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in management and delivery of retail marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead as necessary and manage own projects / retail campaigns from conception to delivery.
  • Highly motivated and results‑oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proactive, can‑do attitude. Solutions focused with high attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Keynote and Mac.
