This is an opportunity to take real ownership, contribute ideas and make a visible impact in a business undergoing meaningful transformation.

Your role:

  • Collaborate with engineering, product and business teams across multiple markets
  • Integrate third-party tools and vendor solutions into the platform
  • Ensure platforms are scalable, reusable and cost-efficient
  • Contribute to documentation, standards and best practice
  • Continuously improve platform performance, resilience and user experience

The skills you will bring:

  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
  • Background in broadcast engineering, live audio or similar environments
  • Understanding of distributed systems and platform scalability
  • Familiarity with containerisation and modern DevOps practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Confidence working in a hands-on, delivery-focused role
