Create is seeking an outstanding Art Director with extensive experience in Key Art Origination to join our growing team on a permanent basis. Create London is a full-service agency specialising in audio‑visual creative for the entertainment industry. Responsibilities
- Lead the creative development of Key Art origination from concept through to final delivery
- Create and present original, culturally relevant concepts for film, television, and streaming campaigns
- Art‑direct designers, retouchers, and freelancers to deliver best‑in‑class creative
- Mentor and support junior and mid‑weight designers, helping develop their creative and technical skills
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Producers, and other internal stakeholders
- Interpret briefs and develop strategic creative solutions aligned with campaign objectives
- Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality, craft, and attention to detail
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Present creative work confidently to internal teams and clients
- Stay informed on cultural trends, entertainment marketing, and visual design innovation
Skills & Experience
