All Weather Access (AWA) is a leading provider of Ground Protection Solutions to industries such as Festivals and Events, Construction and Telecoms. AWA hire and sell mats and accessories across the country, requiring teams of trained installers to travel far and wide to the most interesting and prestigious locations. The company is a busy, fast-growing business and deals daily with managing varied mat installations across many sectors, from festivals & events, high profile locations, construction sites, through to farmers’ fields.

We are looking to recruit a new member as part of our Trackway Crew/Mat Installation Team! The team is expanding and requires additional enthusiastic and committed individuals to join an energetic company. The successful candidate must be reliable, trustworthy and work well within a team. They must also have a clean driver’s license, with experience in towing trailers and forklift operating being advantageous in the application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installing/de-rigging trackway products
  • Delivery/collection driving (3.5 Tonne Vehicle + Trailer)
  • General maintenance & housekeeping
  • Cleaning/maintaining trackway
Schedule & Benefits
  • Monday to Friday 45 - 50 hours per week
  • 28 Holiday days per annum (Inc Bank Holidays)
  • Pension Scheme
  • Pay: From £13.00 per hour

  • Uniform/PPE provided
Qualifications
  • Experience in trackway installation (desirable)
  • Basic knowledge of construction or event services (desirable)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks on-site
  • Possession of a valid telehandler or forklift operator licence (desirable)
