Join All We Can as Engagement Officer for London and South East and put your passion for justice into action as you inspire other Christians to engage with All We Can. You will develop as a fundraiser, public speaker and creative thinker whilst building meaningful relationships with churches and justice-seeking communities. Your work will directly contribute to positive impact on communities facing structural inequalities around the world. This is a part-time role (21hrs/week) on a 2-year fixed term contract.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and deliver talks, sermons, acts of worship and workshops to churches and communities to inspire justice-seeking action.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with church and community leaders based on partnership, love, collaboration and courage.
- Develop and lead impactful speaking engagements, events, and fundraising initiatives within the region and beyond.
- Use data insights to inform and target your engagement with churches, community groups, and events.
- Deliver All We Can's plans for connecting with churches and supporters.
What You'll Need
- Ability to deliver engaging sermons, talks, and workshops that inspire justice-seeking action and clearly communicate All We Can's unique way of working.
- Skills to build trust-based relationships across Methodist and other denominations reflecting our partnership approach.
- Demonstrated skills in fundraising or other methods to raise money within church or community contexts.
Your contract will be home-based and you'll need to travel across the region to fulfil the role's requirements.
