This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Studies teacher or current middle leader looking to take the next step, with full responsibility for curriculum development, outcomes, and departmental strategy.
The Role
- Lead and manage the Business Studies department across KS4 and KS5
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons with strong outcomes at GCSE and A Level
- Drive curriculum innovation and ensure alignment with exam board specifications (Edexcel/AQA desirable)
- Monitor progress, implement intervention strategies, and raise attainment
- Support and develop staff within the department
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Be an experienced Business Studies teacher with a strong track record of results
- Have leadership experience (or clear readiness to step into a Head of Department role)
- Be confident teaching Business Studies up to KS5
- Be passionate about developing a high-performing department
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills
