The Role

We’re looking for a National Account Manager to lead our next growth phase. You’ll manage key retail relationships, drive national listings, and help scale a challenger brand with serious ambition. As one of our early hires, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping both our commercial success and our culture. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive Key Account Growth: Own and accelerate growth across national retail accounts, delivering impactful Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
  • Win New Business: Identify, pitch, and secure new retail listings
  • Drive Launch Excellence: Lead product launches in-store and online
  • Shopper Marketing: Create and execute strategies that boost visibility and engagement
  • Manage Trade Spend: Optimise investment to maximise ROI
  • Make Data-Driven Decisions: Use insight to improve performance
  • Help Shape the Company: Contribute to building culture, ways of working, and the team
