We're ALL THINGS, a modern British dairy brand founded by chef Thomas Straker and Toby Hopkinson. What started as All Things Butter - known for bold flavours and double-churned butter made from British cream, is now expanding into a wider multi-category dairy brand with lots of NPD and big ambitions. Our mission is simple: make dairy exciting again.
We're looking for a National Account Executive to help support and accelerate our next stage of growth by owning and supporting accounts across our customer portfolio as we continue to scale. This is a role for someone who loves food and drink, enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. We're looking for someone ambitious, commercially curious and eager to learn - someone excited by helping grow a challenger brand and keen to quickly develop, take on greater ownership and build a career within a fast-growing business.
The Role: You'll play a hands-on role across our customer portfolio, helping manage accounts, build relationships, implement growth plans and support the continued expansion of the business. Over time, there'll also be scope to broaden your ownership and take on greater responsibility as you develop, giving you exposure across different areas of the commercial function. As one of our early commercial hires, you'll work closely with a small team, gain real hands-on experience and have genuine opportunity to shape your role as the business grows.
If you're excited by getting stuck in, learning from day one and playing a part in building something ambitious - this is it.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive Account Growth: Support and accelerate growth across customer accounts through impactful plans and strong customer relationships.
- Own Forecasting: Manage forecasting across your customer portfolio and work closely with internal teams to support supply and growth.
- Win New Business: Identify, pitch and secure new business opportunities.
- Drive Launch Excellence: Support and lead product launches across your customer portfolio both in-store and online.
- Manage Trade Spend: Manage investment across your accounts to maximise impact and return.
- Make Data-Driven Decisions: Use insight and performance data to identify opportunities and improve results.
- Challenge the Category: Bring fresh thinking and bold ideas to disrupt the traditional dairy aisle.
- Support & Learn Grocery: Support the wider sales team with account administration across grocery customers whilst building hands-on experience and developing an understanding of the grocery landscape.
Who You Are & What You'll Get: We're looking for a hands-on, ambitious account executive who thrives in a fast-growing, high-energy environment. Experience within wholesale or support on grocery accounts would be ideal, but equally important is someone driven to learn quickly, progress fast and take on greater ownership over time. As you grow in the role, there'll be opportunities to broaden your responsibilities and move into grocery accounts as the business continues to scale.
You'll be joining a founding team shaping a brand disrupting the UK dairy aisle with butter, cottage cheese and bold ideas. We're looking for someone who loves food and drink, stays close to trends and products, and genuinely gets excited about building brands.
You'll Bring:
- Experience working across wholesale accounts, sales or account management, with a desire to learn quickly and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong work ethic with a willingness to hustle, take ownership and continuously develop.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort in a dynamic, start-up environment where priorities can move quickly.
- Entrepreneurial energy and a passion for quality food.
You'll Get:
- Competitive salary and options.
- 25 days holiday + your birthday off.
- Hybrid working: 3 days in our West London office, 2 from home.
- Free butter and cottage cheese + discount at Straker's restaurant.
- Free gym membership.
- Real ownership and the chance to shape a challenger brand in multiple categories.
