Company Description
ALL THINGS was created to inspire a new generation of food lovers. From exceptional butter to next-generation cottage cheese, we believe great ingredients unlock better flavour elevating even the simplest dishes. Legacy dairy brands have under-served consumers for decades, while modern food lovers seek minimally processed, natural foods. All Things bridges that gap bringing younger, lapsed consumers back into dairy through quality, creativity, and bold thinking. With standout design, product innovation, and scroll-stopping content, we’re driving growth in a stagnant category and after just two years, we’re the UK’s fastest-growing dairy brand.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Demand Planner, with the primary work location in Hammersmith and flexible remote working opportunities. As Demand Planner at All Things Butter, you’ll sit at the intersection of sales, supply chain and operations, helping ensure the right amount of butter and cottage cheese is in the right place at the right time. This role is ideal for an individual looking to take their next step up in demand planning and who is able to demonstrate strong execution of demand planning in an FMCG challenger brand, where no day is ever the same. Short-shelf-life or chilled planning experience is a big plus for the role given the pace which our business experiences. You’ll lead forecasting, production planning and stock management across our butter and cottage cheese ranges, helping us balance availability, waste, freshness and cost as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain demand forecasts for butter and cottage cheese across retail and foodservice channels.
- Support weekly and monthly forecasting cycles, incorporating sales data, promotions, seasonality and new launches.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations and NPD to understand changes in demand, risks and opportunities.
- Translate forecasts into clear supply and production plans, considering short shelf life, lead times and capacity constraints.
- Monitor stock levels, service levels, waste and freshness KPIs, flagging risks early and proposing actions.
- Support launch planning for new SKUs, seasonal products and promotions.
- Help improve planning processes, data accuracy and reporting as the business grows.
- Prepare simple, clear reports and insights using Google Sheets to support decision-making.

- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, proactive and keen to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in food, FMCG and how products get from factory to shelf.
- An effective communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally and learning from others.
Nice to have:
- Experience with forecasting tools or ERP system (Unleashed preferable).
