What You Need to Have:
A Psychology degree (ideally 2:1 or higher) and a genuine interest in Education or Teaching

Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues
A proactive and self-sufficient approach you won't wait to be told what to do
SEND LSA | The Role:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional needs
Support pupils' learning, confidence and engagement throughout the school day
Help young people overcome barriers and achieve their full potential
Work closely with teachers and the wider SEND and pastoral teams
September start | Full-time | Initially until July 2027
