Are you a skilled Property Manager ready to join a highly regarded and well-established property sales and lettings consultancy? Do you enjoy working with premium residential properties?
In this role, you'll be responsible for a portfolio of residential properties, managing the full rental lifecycle, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and handling any queries or concerns that arise.
Location: York - right in the city centre
Hours: Full Time / 9:00–17:30 / Mon–Fri / 1 in 4 Saturdays

What you'll be doing:
- Manage all aspects of residential lettings, from resolving tenancy matters to coordinating repairs and overseeing property check-ins and check-outs, deposit returns, etc.
- Conduct 6-monthly property inspections, ensuring landlords are kept informed and tenants are aware of any actions needed.
- Liaise with all parties at check-out to achieve a swift, fair outcome and prompt deposit return.
- Nurture landlord relationships, providing maintenance and account updates, and suggesting improvements or refurbishments where appropriate.
- Coordinate all necessary work between tenancies to get properties ready for re-letting without delay.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping on the CRM system and stay up to date with compliance regulations.
