We're looking for an enthusiastic sales order processor to become a key member of our sales team.

You'll be the friendly voice of our business, supporting customers, developing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and helping us continue to grow.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Internal Sales team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while driving sales performance.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and online portals.

Preparing quotations, processing orders and resolving customer queries efficiently.

Building strong relationships with existing customers and developing long-term partnerships.

Identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and expand product ranges.

Proactively contacting customers to generate new business and support account growth.

Learning our technical product range so you can confidently advise customers.

Working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Helping achieve monthly sales and growth targets.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to customers, solving problems and making things happen.

Ideally you'll have:
Previous experience in internal sales, customer service or account management.

Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.

A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience using ERP systems (desirable).

The ability to learn technical products and explain them clearly.

Numerate with the ability to convert measurements from imperial to metric
