Mushroom Harvesters Required

Location: York, YO43

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7 (rota provided by the client). Weekend working required as part of the rota.

About the Role: We're looking for reliable and hardworking Mushroom Harvesters to join a busy, fast-paced food production team. Full training will be provided, including how to harvest mushrooms to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Harvest mushrooms by hand
  • Pick, weigh, and grade mushrooms
  • Maintain high quality standards
  • Work safely at height using a mobile lifting platform
  • Support production in a chilled environment

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous food production or food handling experience is preferred
  • Good attention to detail
  • Light, nimble, and comfortable working at height
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable with a positive attitude
