In this role you will be operating a wide range of CNC machines for a global manufacturer that works in the space and defence sector. Joining an experienced team, you'll be trained on different machines and become a technical expert.
This company is nationally recognised for the specialist work they do within the Aerospace, Space and Defence industries. With the quality of their work, they have created a strong reputation for designing and building complete process solutions to the highest quality, providing customers with great efficiency.
This role would suit a Junior CNC Operator, or someone who's recently completed an apprenticeship, HNC/HND in Machining, looking for a role that provides training, rotating shifts and every other Friday off.
The Role:- Operating a variety of Mills, Machining Centres and Lathes
- Training on a wide range of Heidenhain machines
- Weekly rotating shift pattern
- Week 1: 6am - 2pm Monday to Friday
- Week 2: 1.45pm - 11:30pm Monday to Thursday
- CNC Operator, or recently completed an apprenticeship, HNC, HND or T-Level in Machining
- Commutable to York
