What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:

• Taking ownership of your section keeping it sharp, organised, and consistently excellent.
• Preparing and cooking every dish to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and timing.
• Maintaining impeccable hygiene and food safety standards at all times - no compromises.
• Managing mise en place with care, ensuring your section is ready before service kicks off.
• Tasting, adjusting, and presenting each dish with pride and precision.
