Offering a salary of £35,000 plus an excellent benefits package , this is an initial temporary position with a genuine opportunity to become permanent.

Working within a friendly payroll team of eight and reporting to the Payroll Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate processing of weekly payroll for a large workforce.

Our client has built an excellent reputation over many years, employs hundreds of people across multiple locations and is recognised for delivering reliable services within its specialist sector.

Duties & Responsibilities Process the weekly payroll for approximately 740 employees, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Administer all payroll changes, including new starters, leavers and employee amendments.

Support the Payroll Manager with day-to-day payroll administration and reporting.

Maintain accurate payroll records using the Miracle payroll system.

Work collaboratively within the payroll team while maintaining strict confidentiality.

What Experience is Required Previous payroll experience, ideally processing high-volume payrolls.

Knowledge of payroll systems (experience with Miracle would be advantageous but is not essential).

Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills.
