As a Sales Assistant based in Plymouth youll be responsible for: Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.
Building relationships with customers with the aim of driving repeat business, enhancing customer experience, and maximising lifetime value
Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00am to 5.00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays, working 8:00am - 12:00pm, paid as overtime.
