We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global manufacturing company based in Wrexham for an experienced Production Operative with FLT experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business specialising in packaging and print solutions, offering excellent long-term career prospects within a busy and modern production environment.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting daily production operations, material handling, and ensuring high standards of safety and quality are maintained across the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operating production machinery and equipment
  • Loading, unloading, and transporting materials using an FLT
  • Supplying raw materials to production lines
  • Carrying out quality checks on finished products
  • Following all health and safety procedures and company policies
  • Supporting general warehouse and production activities
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Requirements:
  • Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance preferred)
  • Previous experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
  • Good attention to detail and ability to meet production targets
  • Reliable and flexible approach to working rotating shifts
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Shift Pattern (First 12 Weeks):
  • Week 1: Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 14:00
  • Week 2: Monday - Thursday: 13:30 - 21:30, Friday: 11:00 - 19:00
Shift Pattern (After 12 Weeks):
  • Day Shift: Monday - Thursday: 06:00 - 13:45, Friday: 06:00 - 12:30
  • Afternoon Shift: Monday - Thursday: 13:45 - 21:30, Friday: 12:30 - 19:00
