Job Details:
- Pay: £26,689.75 per annum
- Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 8:45 am - 5:15 pm (Saturday Rota Approx 1 in 5 weeks once trained)
- Duration: Permanent

Job Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will deliver first-class service to valued customers through proactive outbound calls, managing inbound enquiries and processing orders efficiently. The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for handling technical queries related to optical lenses, ensuring all orders are input accurately and on time, and proactively managing customer accounts by chasing delayed orders and communicating updates effectively. You will also liaise with internal teams to resolve complaints swiftly and support retention activity by re-engaging inactive customers.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Experience working as a Customer Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing office role
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Previous experience within an optical or technical environment
- Optical knowledge or background
- Qualified Dispensing Optician (ABDO/GOC)
