  • The rate of pay is: - Days £14.15 per hour - Nights £15.22 per hour
  • Overtime is available and is paid at: - Days £20.48 per hour - Nights £22.08 per hour

This is a full-time role, and the hours of work are: - 4 on 4 off, 4am to 4pm - 4 on 4 off, 4pm to 4am

Your Time at Work

As a Chef you will be responsible for

  • Producing sauces to the specification recorded on the cook sheet. To complete all documentation associated with the cooking process to the standard required.
  • Taking personal responsibility for ingredients and raw materials. To have in-depth knowledge of all materials used in the cooking process.
  • Attending sensory evaluation sessions and using the knowledge gained to ensure that sauces are cooked to the correct specification.
  • Supplying high-risk assembly with the correctly cooked sauce at the time it is required.
  • Keeping the work environment safe and clean to the standard required by health and safety and hygiene legislation.
