We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Manager to join a growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, spotting opportunities, and making a real impact on revenue growth.
You will take ownership of a portfolio of established clients, working closely with them to understand their training needs and ensure they get maximum value. In return, you will play a key role in helping grow long-term partnerships and drive business success.

What You’ll Be Doing as an Account Manager:- Managing and developing your own portfolio of client accounts
- Acting as the main day-to-day contact for your clients
- Building strong, long-term relationships through regular check-ins and meetings
- Proactively identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Responding to inbound enquiries via phone and email quickly and professionally
- Working closely with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and leads
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking account performance
- Preparing reports and updates on account activity and KPIs
- Negotiating pricing, renewals, and contract terms
- Resolving client queries and escalating issues where needed
- Attending exhibitions and client meetings across the UK when required
- Experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
- Ability to build rapport quickly and develop long-term relationships
- A proactive, target-driven approach with a commercial mindset
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to client needs
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with sectors such as M&E, NHS, education, or local government is desirable but not essential
