As an Engineering Project Manager, you will deliver capital projects that improve site performance, capacity and reliability. You turn business needs into well-scoped projects. You will work with Engineering, Operations, Technical and external partners to make sure installations are safe, compliant and delivered on time and within budget. You are a key part of continuous improvement and future-proofing the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of capital projects from feasibility and business case development through to commissioning and handover.
- Manage capital investment programmes and engineering improvement initiatives across the site.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, investment proposals, and business cases.
- Ensure projects achieve targeted ROI and measurable business benefits.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage external contractors and suppliers.
- Embed robust project governance, risk management, and reporting processes.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and root cause methodologies.
- Ensure all projects comply with health & safety, food safety, environmental, quality, and engineering standards.
- Present project progress, investment proposals, and business cases to senior leadership teams.

- Experienced in engaging with stakeholders, contractors and suppliers.
- Able to solve problems quickly and make practical, informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.
