Labour Hire are looking for a WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR (MOT QUALIFIED) for a well-established garage in WOOLPIT
About You:
Qualified MOT Tester (Class 4 minimum)
Previous workshop supervisory or senior technician experience
Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
Able to lead and motivate a team in a busy workshop
Organised, reliable, and professional
Full UK Driving Licence
About the Role:
Salary: £35,000£42,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday Friday, 09:00 17:30
Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop
Carry out MOT testing and assist with vehicle servicing and repairs
Support and supervise technicians to maintain high standards of workmanship
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with DVSA regulations
Liaise with customers where required and help maintain excellent service levels
Start date: ASAP
