In this role, you will deliver Electrical Engineering training and assessment to apprentices, carrying out progress reviews with learners and employers and assessing competency against apprenticeship standards. You will provide coaching and feedback, develop training materials, and support learners through to completion of their programmes while working towards teaching and assessing qualifications.
This role would suit an Electrical Engineer with a Level 3 or above qualification looking to move into training and assessment, seeking full support to gain teaching and assessing qualifications and progress into a Trainer / Assessor role within a leading technical education provider.
The Role:- Deliver Electrical Engineering training and assessment to apprentices
- Carry out progress reviews with learners and employers
