The Role
We’re looking for an experienced SMART Repair Technician to join a busy automotive team in Worcester. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality SMART repairs, paintwork and minor body repairs, ensuring every vehicle meets a high standard of finish.
As a SMART Repair Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out SMART repairs and cosmetic refinishing
- Completing minor body repairs and paintwork
- Panel preparation, including sanding, masking and priming
- Colour matching using modern paint systems
- Delivering manufacturer-standard paint finishes
- Managing your mobile van, equipment and stock
- Organising your own workload and working independently
- Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and attention to detail
About You
We’re looking for a SMART Repair Technician who takes pride in their work and can deliver consistently high-quality results. You’ll ideally have:
- Previous SMART repair or bodyshop paint experience
- Strong knowledge of modern automotive paint systems
