At Wyndale, we believe a great stay is about more than simply having somewhere to sleep. We create stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared spaces where guests can relax, unwind, and enjoy their time away. Every detail matters from the cleanliness of a property to the way a room is presented and the small finishing touches that make a space feel welcoming. Our housekeeping and property presentation team plays a vital role in delivering that experience.

The Opportunity

As a Housekeeping & Property Presentation Coordinator, you'll be responsible for preparing our properties to a consistently high standard before every guest arrival. You'll combine professional housekeeping with a strong eye for presentation, ensuring each property is clean, comfortable, stylish, and guest-ready. You'll take pride in creating spaces that feel welcoming from the moment a guest walks through the door.

Your work will help ensure every property is:

  • Exceptionally clean and well presented.
  • Fully prepared for guest arrivals.
  • Styled in line with Wyndale standards.
  • Comfortable, welcoming, and guest-ready.
  • Maintained to a consistently high standard.

You'll also use our operations and property management systems to complete checklists, upload photographs, and report any maintenance, damage, or inventory issues. Full training will be provided.

Your Responsibilities

  • Housekeeping & Property Preparation
    • Clean and prepare guest accommodation to a high standard.
    • Ensure bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, communal areas, and outdoor spaces are guest-ready.
    • Follow company cleaning and presentation standards.
    • Identify and report any maintenance, damage, or property issues.
    • Ensure properties are prepared within the required timeframes.
  • Property Presentation & Styling
    • Arrange rooms and spaces in line with company presentation guidelines.
    • Pay attention to the small details that make a property feel welcoming.
    • Arrange soft furnishings and finishing touches.
    • Ensure properties are presented consistently and in line with brand standards.
    • Help create the right atmosphere and first impression for every guest.
  • Stock & Property Operations
    • Collect and transport cleaning supplies, linen, and other required items.
    • Help manage stock between storage locations and properties.
    • Carry out inventory checks.
    • Report missing, damaged, or low-stock items.
    • Ensure supplies and equipment are kept organised and in good condition.
  • Technology & Reporting
    • Complete property checklists using our operations app.
    • Upload photographs following completed cleans and property checks.
    • Report maintenance, damage, inventory, or quality issues promptly.
    • Keep property records and reports accurate and up to date.

  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload.
  • Organised and able to manage your time effectively.
  • Flexible and comfortable travelling between different properties.
  • Confident using apps and technology, with full training provided.

Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, serviced accommodation, hotels, or a similar environment would be beneficial, but the right attitude and attention to detail are just as important.
