As an Warehouse Team Leader based in Marston Gate youll be responsible for:
Leading and motivating a team of warehouse operatives to achieve and exceed KPIs and deliver excellent customer service.
Ensuring all operational processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Managing all aspects of people leadership, including performance reviews, absence management, holiday approvals, and training. You will be managing a team of around 15 Warehouse Operatives
Maintaining stock integrity through cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and correct product handling.
Coordinating daily workflow and resource deployment to meet service targets, ensuring smooth operational flow across picking, packing, replenishment, and loading.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 2.00pm 10.00pm.

Proven experience within a people manager or team leader role
Warehouse experience is desirable, but not essential
MHE experience or licenses are desirable
To be able to manage KPIs, work to deadlines and challenge where needed
