We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Sales Negotiator to join an established residential property team based in Woodford Green. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional who enjoys working with vendors and buyers, generating new opportunities and progressing property sales through to completion.
The role would suit someone who is commercially driven, confident negotiating and committed to delivering excellent client service.
The Role
- Managing residential property sales from instruction through to completion
- Registering and qualifying prospective buyers
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Following up applicants and identifying suitable property matches
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Progressing agreed sales through to exchange and completion
- Maintaining regular communication with vendors and buyers
- Providing advice on local market conditions and pricing
- Supporting property valuations and new business generation where required
- Identifying opportunities to win new instructions
- Developing and maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and other property professionals
- Monitoring the progress of transactions and resolving issues where possible
- Maintaining accurate records and updating property systems
- Working towards individual and branch sales targets
- Supporting junior members of the team and sharing knowledge and experience
- Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
About You
We're looking for a confident Senior Sales Negotiator with genuine residential estate agency experience. You should have:
- Proven experience within residential estate agency
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
- Experience handling property sales from instruction through to completion
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Confidence dealing with vendors, buyers and professional stakeholders
- Experience generating or supporting new business opportunities
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive and commercially focused approach
- The ability to work independently while supporting a wider team
- A full UK driving licence
