We're looking for someone with a passion for reliability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making. Whether you're an experienced Reliability Engineer or a Senior Maintenance Engineer or Process Engineer with strong root cause analysis skills, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role As a Reliability Engineer, you'll play a key role in improving equipment performance and reducing downtime by identifying recurring issues and implementing long-term solutions.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Analysing equipment performance data to identify trends and drive reliability improvements.
Leading root cause analysis investigations to eliminate repeat failures.
Presenting daily and weekly KPI reports, along with action plans to improve performance.
Leading major breakdown investigations and implementing corrective actions

What We're Looking For Experience as a Reliability Engineer, Senior Maintenance Engineer, or Process Engineer
Strong experience analysing data and implementing measurable improvements
Proven knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
Confident communicating performance data and leading improvement initiatives
HNC/HND qualification is advantageous but not essential
