Job Overview:

To provide efficient and effective on-site repairs and maintenance for clients' refrigeration and air conditioning systems, while consistently delivering a high level of customer service. This role ensures that all work is performed safely, professionally, and in line with service level agreements (SLAs).

As a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer, you will:

  • Attend commercial customer sites across the region to diagnose, repair and maintain refrigeration and air conditioning systems
  • Deliver high-quality technical support while building strong relationships with customers
  • Complete planned and reactive maintenance across a range of equipment including VRV/VRF systems, chillers and refrigeration systems
  • Provide accurate reports and recommendations following site visits
  • Work safely and professionally while maintaining excellent service standards

We are looking for:

  • F-Gas Category 1 qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working on commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems
  • Knowledge of VRV/VRF systems, chillers and refrigeration equipment
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
