Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Civils Contractor for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong civils background.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing civil engineering projects from start to finish, with strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the delivery of civils projects from commencement through to completion.
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Monitor progress, programme and project performance.
Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
Manage project documentation, reporting and site records.
Ensure all works are completed to the required quality and specification.
Identify and resolve project issues and risks.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the civils/construction sector.
Strong understanding of civil engineering works and processes.
Experience managing teams, subcontractors and multiple project activities.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong knowledge of health & safety requirements.
Ability to manage programmes, budgets and deadlines.
Relevant construction/civils qualifications preferred.

CSCS Black card
First Aid Certificate
Previous Project Manager experience
Previous Civils experience
