Are you a Maintenance Fitter from a steel background or similar engineering setting, looking for days-based role with flexible working hours, where you will receive full training and be able to advance your career into a Senior Engineer role?
In this role you will be working preventively and reactively, in a role split 50 / 50 between mechanical and electrical, working on a range of equipment which uses AC three-phase motors, overhead cranes, pickers, drives and chains.
You will also be working on some basic PLC systems and receive a range of training to make you an expert.
This company was founded nearly 200 years ago and has developed into a leader within their industry with multiple sites across the UK, carrying out work globally.
Due to the high demand of this industry and recent growth, this role will be crucial in implementing a standardised maintenance system across all sites.
This role would suit a Multiskilled Fitter or similar, with a minimum level 2 electrical qualification, looking for a stable days-based role working from Monday to Friday.
