Join a well-established property maintenance contractor covering Coventry, Wolverhampton and Stoke-on-Trent, where you'll carry out predominantly insurance work across private domestic properties. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and supportive team, with around 95% of your workload focused on insurance repairs. On the rare occasion insurance work slows down, you'll be moved onto social housing kitchens, bathrooms and responsive maintenance, ensuring you always have consistent work. If you enjoy being out on the road, working independently and dealing with customers, this role offers plenty of variety without being labour intensive.
As an Electrician, you will be:
- Working across Coventry, Wolverhampton, Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas
- Attending private domestic properties to complete initial electrical safety inspections
- Ensuring installations are safe before remedial works begin
- Returning to inspect and sign off completed remedial works
- Providing excellent customer service and communicating clearly with homeowners
- Travelling between appointments throughout the day, often covering over 50 miles
